In addition to being an important opportunity to serve our diocesan community and represent the Western Rite, this event is also going to be SO MUCH FUN!! The children’s program (only $10/kid) is essentially a full VBS with crafts, games, and activities. The youth track (only $20/kid) includes an ice cream social, Ask Abouna, a service project, and more. The festival on Friday night will include games, face painting, dancing, reenactments, tons of delicious food, and more. You don’t want to miss it!
If you live farther out and plan to book a hotel, we have blocks reserved at hotels in Warrenton and Culpeper with discounted rates! The reservation deadline is May 30.
NOTES ON FEES
Most of the pricing is set at the Archdiocesan level, but our planning team chose the cheapest options allowed. Let us know if finances are an issue and we will be glad to help.

There is a $15 fee that goes to the Archdiocese. Bible Bowl, Oratorical, and sessions are all included in the $15 fee.

The $20 Processing Fee is removed if you sign up for $20+ of meals and events.

All meals and events for adults are $20 and $10 for children, except the festival which is $25 for adults and $15 for children.
